Yoga & Soma With Karan in Ealing Yin Yang Yoga, Somatics and Irest Yoga Nidra. Group Classes and Private Tuition in West London I'm Karan and I teach yoga to all levels.

My teaching is alignment focused, the idea being that if we position ourselves better in gravity then we will move better and moving better will make us feel better. Yang yoga is a familiar dynamic flow which will strengthen and stabilise. Yin is restorative, it will lengthen and release tension in tired muscles and ligaments, and give your myofascia a chance to register all your efforts to re-align. Somatic yoga is a series of slow, gentle, easy moves to support our bigger movements. Yin and Yang and Somatic Yoga are a great way of helping injuries to recover and improve mobility so that you can carrying on moving in all the ways that you love to do. Our Story

Hi! I'm Karan and I offer private yoga, meditation and reiki . My teaching is alignment focused, the idea being that if we position ourselves better in gravity then we will move better and moving better will make us feel better. Yang yoga is dynamic flow which will strengthen and stabilise. Yin is restorative, it will lengthen and release tension in tired muscles and ligaments, and give the body a chance to register all your efforts to re-align. Somatic yoga is a series of slow, gentle, easy moves to support our bigger movements. Using these various methods of yoga together we can improve flexibility and mobility and heal injuries.

Jikiden Reiki is traditional Japanese reiki passed down and practiced as it was before it left Japan. Reiki is a hand-on, clothes-on treatment. The practitioner is a channel for chi/ki (universal energy) which is passed on to the recipient simply by placing hands on the body. Reiki can reduce stress, bring relief to physical symptoms of tension, release stuck emotions and bring about a general feeling of ease and well-being.
