Reset Your Body in 30 Days (Without Extreme Diets or Burnout) ✨

Feeling flat, inflamed, tired, or “not quite yourself” lately?
You don’t need a detox tea or a drastic overhaul.
You need consistent basics done well.

For the next month, focus on this:
💪 Lift weights 3x per week
Build strength, protect your bones, boost metabolism, and feel capable again.

🚶‍♀️ Walk 7,000 - 10,000 steps daily
Supports fat loss, hormone balance, stress reduction, and energy.

😴 Get 7–8 hours of quality sleep
This is where hormones regulate, cravings reduce, and recovery happens.

💧 Drink at least 2L of water per day
Better digestion, fewer headaches, improved energy and skin.

🌿 30 minutes in nature daily
Lower cortisol, calmer nervous system, better mental clarity.

🥗 Eat mostly nutrient-dense foods
