HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!
In honour of Mother’s Day on Sunday we are sharing our mums advice on our oral health.

1. Checkups every 6 months.
2. Brush our tounges as well as our teeth.
3. Brush our teeth 2 daily and avoid sugary foods.
4. Avoid sucky sweets and fizzy drinks.
