We were so happy to host for their Full Moon Sound Bath night on 2nd April.

The room was set up beautifully – tarot readings, sound healing, guided meditation and space to reflect and release under the full moon.

It’s always special when HOME becomes a space for community events like this. Watching people gather to slow down and support each other is exactly what this space is meant for.

Thank you to everyone who came and to for creating such a thoughtful and grounding evening. We loved being part of it.

Have you been to the HOME Café yet?

We’ve got proper coffee (iced, if you like), matcha, smoothies, and food that actually tastes good and makes you feel good. The chocolate beetroot cake is very good. So is everything else.

You don’t need a class booked or a membership to come in – just turn up when you need a coffee, a proper bite to eat or something sweet.

It’s a nice spot to sit, eat and slow down a bit.

Open 7 days a week.

“Come as you are, do what you can. You set your own goals. You can do one asana and still leave the class feeling happy.”

Meet Aparna – yoga teacher at HOME.

Born and raised in India, Aparna trained in Hatha Yoga, Samkhya philosophy, and Ashtanga Vinyasa under Ramesh Shetty Yogashala in Mysore and in the Himalayan foothills. Her approach is rooted in the deeper philosophy of yoga as a lived exploration of the eight limbs.

In her classes, mindful movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation come together to steady the body, quiet the mind, and gently guide students inward.

What’s been dormant begins to stir. What’s outdated asks to be cleared. What’s true wants space.

Join Mia Togo for a workshop designed to gently declutter habitual patterns – on the mat and in life – that keep us repeating the same shapes, stories and directions. Through mindful vinyasa, breath and inquiry, we’ll clear physical, mental, and emotional residue to create space for fresh perspective and renewed creative flow.

As old rules dissolve and familiar maps stop working, this is your space to pause and consciously choose what you want to grow next.

Sunday 12th April | 1.30pm–4.00pm | £45
Open to all.
