The day of surgery itself matched the experience I had received throughout. I was the only patient on the day which gave me more reassurance that I was their only priority. I felt comfortable throughout and every step was explained to me in detail as it was happening.

The post-surgery aftercare has been second to none. I was provided a comprehensive aftercare plan and l’ve had multiple check-ins with Trish who has been constantly requesting updates on how my hair is progressing.
