✅ Stay calm and act quickly
✅ Shout “FIRE!” to alert everyone
✅ Get everyone out immediately
✅ Stay low if there is smoke
✅ Check doors with the back of your hand before opening
✅ If door is hot, use another exit
✅ Leave the building through the nearest safe exit
✅ Do NOT use elevators
✅ If clothes catch fire: Stop, Drop, Roll
✅ Once outside, call emergency services
✅ Do not go back inside for any reason
✅ If trapped: close door, block gaps, open window, call for help
✅ Only fight the fire if it’s tiny, you know how, and you have a safe exit behind you

𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁.

There was a time a relationship in your life felt cracked, misunderstandings piled up, emotions ran high, and distance slowly replaced connection.

𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁.

Strange how protecting your peace can make you feel like you’re doing something wrong.

There was a moment when someone asked for more than you had the capacity to give, and your heart tightened.

You knew you needed space, but the fear of disappointing them made you say yes anyway.

Later, you sat with exhaustion and wondered why choosing yourself felt like a crime.

Then came the day you finally said, “I can’t do that right now.”

Your voice trembled, but your heart exhaled.

And surprisingly, the world didn’t fall apart.
They adjusted.

They understood.

That’s when you realized emotional boundaries aren’t walls, they’re doors.

Doors that protect your energy, your sanity, your joy.

Doors that filter what drains you and welcome what nourishes you.

Guilt fades the moment you understand this:
honoring your limits isn’t selfish, It's self-respect.

THE WOMAN WHO FOUND PURPOSE IN THE VERY PLACE SHE THOUGHT WAS A SETBACK.

She had a plan for her life, a clear one.
Graduate.
Get a great job.
Build a career.
Make her family proud.

But life rearranged her story.

She lost the job she thought was her breakthrough.
The relationship she thought was forever ended.
The plans she carefully wrote in her journal dissolved before her eyes.
