There’s a version of this weekend where you actually come back to yourself.

Led by Eva, this session pairs structured sauna and ice bath rounds with an immersive sound bath - each element working together to slow the system and create space to turn inward.

We use the ARC Journal to open the experience. Guided prompts to help you reflect on your week, notice a shift, and take something real away before you leave. Bring your own if you prefer, the prompts work either way.

Scent moves through ARC before anything else, carried by soft, low light.

Candlelight flickers across the alter, slowing the pace, softening the edges, signalling a shift as you arrive.

Shifting States - The ARC Journal Launch ✨

Join us on Sunday 22nd March at 1pm for a special 75 minute session introducing the Arc Journal Launch — a guided tool designed to support personal growth, reflection, and session reporting at arc.

Lead by we’ll begin with a 45-minute guided practice to help you arrive, settle the nervous system, and create space for reflection.

From there, we’ll move into the lounge where you’ll receive your journal and be introduced to a series of guided prompts designed to help capture your experience, track insights, and deepen your relationship with your practice.

The session closes with quiet group journaling time and an optional sharing circle for those who wish to reflect together.

A simple ongoing ritual to pause, integrate, and begin a more intentional journaling practice at arc.

Facilitator Spotlight – Eva

Eva’s journey into yoga and sound began while navigating sciatica. What started as a way to manage pain became a deeper connection to breath, stillness and the body.

That journey eventually inspired her to teach.

At ARC, Eva brings elements of yin yoga and sound into the sauna through her classes Stretch & Recover, Into Yin Yoga, and Restorative Soundbath creating space to slow down, release tension and reset the nervous system.

Flow State: Flow is the mental state where you’re fully immersed in what you’re doing, intense focus, and enjoyment in the activity. Time distorts or bends. Distractions disappear. You’re focused, calm, and performing at your best.

The concept was developed by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, a psychologist who studied high performers — artists, athletes, surgeons, musicians — and found they all described the same optimal state of consciousness. He called it flow.

It is the perfect balance of discipline and surrender.

Too much discipline? You tense up and stay still. Too much surrender? You drift off course and collapse.
Flow exists in the middle.

When you step into cold water: Your breath sharpens, your mind releases control and your body demands attention.

That intense, controlled stress creates a feedback loop between body and mind — a key ingredient for flow. You’re navigating discomfort with control, regulating your breath, and staying focused. Skill meets challenge.

Flow isn’t something you stumble into. It’s something you consciously build upon every day.

And sometimes, it starts with stepping into the hot & cold.
