After quite a gap and with the impact of Covid, I finally managed to return the Mind, Body and Spirit Exhibition and have which may be my last ever aura photograph taken.

It was a beautiful morning - sunny and the sky a bright Mediterranean blue colour. Visitors queued patiently in lines and the atmosphere was somewhat subdued. I felt this was because we were coming out of Covid and people were now becoming accustomed to being out and about and in large public groups. The doors were opened and everyone quietly walked into the venue. (Normally, everyone rushes to where they want to go to - it's like being let in to a departmental store, when they have a sale.) I leisurely walked to the aura stand and once again, there was the same woman and same company who were taking aura photographs. I waited a bit and then, she took my photograph.

Well, when it was handed to me, I was shocked. I was moving house that year (and if you have moved house before, you know what it is like - well, we become a little stressed to say the least and I was.) But this was so different to any of the other photographs I have. Beautiful light blues are intermingled with darker blues but there are colours of purple, yellow, orange and green again.

The green hovering on the edge of the yellow displays generosity and kindness, as well as the indication of being a healer. Yellow indicates creativity. The lighter blue indicates that I have high aspirations and seek to know the truth (and this is so true of me. I delve deeply inside to find out what is the truth.) The purple once again denotes psychic and mediumship gifts but also a compassionate and sensitive individual.

Even looking at the photograph now (three years on) I realise how much of this is so true.

If all the government leaders in the world could have their auras taken, I wonder what they would show. Makes you think, doesn't it?

It is without doubt that meditation has been the key in unlocking so much within me. Meditation is like a silent prayer in contemplation by just allowing the chaotic and negative thoughts that so often creep in to slowly dissipate and peace to descend. It takes practice though - and I have been practising since 2008! I cannot remember exactly when what I describe below happened but probably about 2010.

In my practise of meditation, with my candle lit and music playing, I felt (and I knew) my solar plexus chakra - the manipura ignite within me. This incredible heat and energy fired out from my solar plexus in a large burst and this happened twice. I sat there in silence - every sense of me awakened at what happened. I was moving forward in my spiritual journey.

Now, there are far more esteemed writers than I, who have written that our chakra points are formed between stages of life - normally when we are under a certain age. However, as I have come to realise there are NO RULES when our lives can change, how we think changes and how we respond to life and when our chakras activate - it all depends on the individual. There are some rare individuals in this world that have them all ignited and functioning as they should when they are in there early teens or even as children. For me, I have always been a late bloomer. I believe to this day, that when my manipura exploded outwards, it connected the lower chakras to my higher chakras and allowed me to move into a higher vibratory field. No-one told me this, as over the years, I have accessed the wisdom that is in within me to understand myself and what is happening.

I had a photograph taken of my chakras - about two years after this happened and all my chakras displayed were operating as to where they should be. My third eye chakra - the anja is slightly larger than the rest, meaning that I see beyond what is there - beyond the mere physical and into the spiritual. Quite awesome really.

Carrying on my record with aura photographs.....

The left hand photograph is taken in 2017 and there was a lot going on (which continued into 2018, with the photograph on the right). Just looking at the previous years aura photographs, how different they were with the light coming in and then I was stepping back into the darkness.

Many articles I have read have stated that aura photographs are rubbish. Well, I know different, especially charting my 'spiritual growth' over the years. What again is amazing with these two photographs, they were taken by the same woman and the same company but different cameras yet again. However, there is not much change in a year. How is this at all possible? Quite simply, they show what is happening to me. It reflected the two years where there so much uncertainty going on in my life. However, the universal consciousness aware of what was happening to me was sending healing (the green colour). As always, the purple colour that is on my left hand side (looking at the photograph) indicates my psychic abilities.

From 2018 until 2022, I did not have any further aura photographs taken. Then the last one was in May 2022. When I saw the photograph I was totally amazed. Coming soon........

What a card or tarot reading is all about.....

I have been reading cards for a long time. Since 2009 for myself and then from 2011 for others. I am always in awe of the cards, as they connect to the querent at the time. (The querent being the client.)

Recently, one of my clients gave me feedback on how they were delighted that the reading was all about them. I was a little shocked on hearing this. The reading should always be about the client and where there are any other people who come into the reading, the primary focus is always on the querent.

In the other reading, all the cards were linking up - and reiterating the direction the client should be taking. The client then told me that they knew everything that the cards were telling them. How is that for a fantastic card reading? Whether or not the client would ever take the direction that the cards were suggesting would be up to them, as it always is.

Anyone having dreams where you feel something in the dream and on waking, feel it again?

I've had dreams like these before but last night, I dreamt of my beloved cats now residing in 'catty heaven.' They were two mischievous cats - Eewa and Biggles. In my dream, I had to chase Eewa and grab him to get into the car. Biggles was no problem, I simply picked him up, who was large and heavy cat - not overweight mind you but just large. In fact, his back legs were bigger than his front legs! The warmth of his body and his heaviness I felt in my dream and on waking. I knew then that they had visited me both in my dream, as I was needing comfort. They always knew when I did.

In May 2014, I am back having another photograph at the Mind, Body and Spirit exhibition. I have come to realise that I am exceptionally fortunate to record my journey in this way, as not everyone can.

What a surprise I had when looking at the photograph. All the colours of the rainbow were displayed and I am even happier! Now, the colours mean many things - such as the purple showing my psychic gifts, the colour green for healing (a welcome colour for any photograph I feel) and then the oranges, yellow and pinks. This was again taken by the same company, the same woman but with camera number 3. I am becoming more balanced in every aspect as a human and spiritual being.

Returning a year later - May 2015, photographed again by the same woman and with camera number 5; the colours are more muted but they are there. In both photographs I have, I again can see the outlines of my spirit guides. They have have been with me since I was a child (although unaware at the time). There is a shadow of white light extending down to me on either side of my head in this photograph. I always listen to my wisdom within me and know that information came to me from the universal consciousness and still does. It is amazing though that that was captured at the time by a photograph.

This has been and still is an incredible journey - I evolve from day to day, year upon year and slowly into a better human being. (I do have my moments though.) I cannot say what it is exactly that reconnected me to the universal consciousness, as it was not one thing but many. From not just the visions I have had, but what I have seen and experienced - makes me realise that these photographs are one to share and show that whoever reads this that everyone of us can evolve and make a difference to this planet. Who wouldn't want too?

As my third eye (the anja chakra) situated between my eyebrows began to open, it has allowed me not just to have visions but to see beyond the ordinary and given me a greater depth of understanding about the spiritual world and my physical world.

The design that I attach to this post is one I have not looked at in probably eight years. By focusing on the centre and allowing my eyes to soften, I see colours. Years ago, I only saw a one or two colours - and now I see a raft from yellow, blues, pinks, purples even hints of greens. There are also patterns in the spirals. This is all about my awareness of who I am.

For me, growing within and connecting to the universal consciousness will be always a life learning path. It never stops.

It's now May 2012 and I am back at the Mind, Body and Spirit Exhibition waiting patiently at the stand for my picture to be taken. It's the same company as before (back in 2009), the same woman taking the photograph but with a different camera. How do I know this? Because each photograph has the camera number printed on the back. The camera number for this one is 1. In the first photograph it was camera number 4.

I have my photograph taken and look at what it shows! Yes, there is still a white cloud around me but ........ in front of the cloud there is a green arc of colour. I knew instinctively that was the colour of healing being sent to me from the universal consciousness. Even more importantly though, internal light is streaming out of my face - I am looking so much happier and I was. I was reconnecting to my spirit and the universal consciousness but it was a slow process. There is a three year gap between the first photograph taken in 2009 and this one in 2012.

One thing I have noticed is that the photographs are not particularly clear when posting to the internet. My real photographs are amazingly clear and show not just one but several of the shapes of my guides heads above me. Their presence is always in the photographs! What a connection I have with them!

CAN A PERSON EVOLVE AS A SPIRITUAL BEING? Yes, they can - I've had my spiritual evolvement photographed since 2009 and now share it. (As I know this will be a fairly longish explanation, the post will be split over the coming week, as there are quite a few photographs to follow.)

Back in May 2009, I visited a Mind, Body and Spirit Exhibition in London. I was there for a particular reason. Someone in a meditation group I had joined in the February of that year, suggested I have an aura photograph taken - "it would help me understand", he said. That was an understatement! If you are not sure of what an aura is - these are depicted in old master paintings, sculptures and in church stained glass windows, where the colour white or gold surrounds a person's head, indicates their spirituality.

I go along to the exhibition, queue up at the stand patiently waiting my turn and when asked, sit down on a bench covered with a dark blue black cloth that runs up onto a display board behind me. I then place my hands down on two stainless steel 'plates' - on either side of me. The plates are in the shape for four fingers, a thumb and the palm. Running from the plates to a polaroid instamatic camera are wires. Basically, what happens, is that the wires send signals back to the camera interpreting the energy that is in the person's hands and throw up an image/colour around their head/body. Yes, very basic explanation.

I have my photograph taken and just glanced at it, as I was more interested in what was happening around me with all the other stands and events being held at the exhibition. A couple of days later at home, I look at it and decide to do some research on the internet. Well, more than some research - quite a lot actually. Every website I visited - said the same thing, "I was dying." That is what the white cloud around my head and body depicted. This is reflected in how miserable I look - there is no light in me whatsoever.

Was I shocked when I read the explanation time after time? Actually, I wasn't cross, as I knew I was not dying - I was here after all - just existing and so unhappy and miserable within my heart. Then I realised - I WAS SPIRITUALLY DYING. My connection to the universal consciousness was practically non-existent. But what was I to do to reconnect? There are no guide books; I knew no-one I could turn to - this was a journey I had to take on my own - with all the highs and lows of life.

One positive aspect of the photograph showed and you can just about see it - right above my head in the white cloud is a slightly darker shape - oval - one of my spirit guides. I knew that instinctively. The spirit was showing their presence to me. WOW!

Back in 2009, I bought my first divination card set. I was immediately drawn to them and began to use them for myself extensively. What was so interesting and not just with this set but the other two sets I bought over time, is how the same cards kept on appearing for a long time. They were a reflection of my life and then slowly began to change. I know use three sets exclusively for clients and they all work together harmoniously and tell a story.

Who would have thought that I would see visions - physically see them - not the ones that come to me in my mind. This was the first vision I ever saw

There are different types of visions that come to me and which most times are totally unexpected. There are those that I see physically and then there are visions that come through into my mind. Some of the visions I have had have not all been happy ones. This story is one of those.

I visited a friend in London a few years ago and after the visit, whilst on the train as it pulled out of Paddington Station, a vision flowed into my mind.

In this deeply moving vision, my friend, Kate and I met each other on a beautiful hill in the country. However, Kate was a child in my vision, not the adult I knew but I recognised her nevertheless. Our spirit is what connects each one of us. We talked for a while and then she said, "I have to go now, my parents are waiting for me" and she turned to wave excitedly to two people in the distance who I could see. They waved back. Kate and I hugged - no more words were said and she ran off to her parents. Her father lifted her up in his arms and I heard Kate squeal with delight and there my vision ended. I knew what the vision meant.

A few weeks later, Kate passed over. Spirit was giving me the foresight to know that Kate would pass over. Although it is a sad vision, it is one that fills me with a deeper awareness of life and what happens when we pass over. We don't just simply fade away - we move into another realm - the spiritual one where we all go.
