Mango Vanilla Collagen Ice Lollies, your new favourite way to care for your joints 🥭

You’ll need:
1 small ripe mango, finely diced
250g plain coconut yoghurt
2 tsp maple syrup
⅛ tsp vanilla bean powder
2 tsp Feel Pro Collagen Type 2 in Mango Vanilla

For coating:
120–150g vegan white chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

How to:
✨ Mix yoghurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and collagen powder until creamy
✨ Fold in mango pieces and spoon into moulds
✨ Freeze overnight
✨ Dip or drizzle with melted white chocolate and let set

Hold 5 breaths, repeat 2–3 times

✨ Vīrabhadrāsana II (Warrior II Pose)
Builds strength in ankles, knees, and shoulders while improving hip mobility.

✨ Chaturanga Dandāsana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose)
Tones arms, shoulders, and core; enhances posture and stability.
Hold 20–30 seconds with steady breath

✨Supta Baddha Konāsana (Reclined Bound Angle Pose)
Gently opens hips and knees, releasing lower-body tension.

Sip your way to happy joints with this Watermelon Collagen Mocktail 🍉🍹

You’ll need:
150g fresh watermelon, cubed
4cm fresh aloe vera (gel part only)
100ml coconut milk
50ml coconut water
Juice of ½ lime
2 tsp maple syrup (to taste)
2 tsp Feel Pro Collagen Type 2 in Watermelon
150–200ml sparkling water
Ice cubes + fresh mint to garnish

How to:
✨ Blend everything except sparkling water until smooth
✨ Fill your glass with ice and pour the mixture ⅔ full
✨ Top with sparkling water and stir gently
✨ Garnish with mint or a watermelon wedge
