OFF GRID FOR THE DAY AND FOR THE SOUL

I feel for me it’s incredibly important to get away from technology and really connect and spend time with ones self and others no distractions just living in the moment, just being.

My brain runs 100 miles an hour and I know technology doesn’t help that but at the same time its helping so much. So it’s really finding that balance to live a fulfilled life.

So you’ll have to wake up with no alarm just natural light whatever the time and then eat a breakfast (if you early) from the cooker or make sure to have food prepared the day before. Really immerse yourself into this day.

The number one thing is to allow everyone to feel the emotions of not having technology, get used to it and the live the day really connecting with yourself and others.

Even light candles to light the house if it’s dark.

It can be done you just have to choose to do it. Who knows it might be fun adapting.

TALENT IS WEALTH

Discovering that I had a talent to offer the world changed my life forever. Knowing myself worth and what I can do with my skills was the mid life switch.

I feel some people have a talent and will never share it with the world, on the other hand you get young people who can discover that early. It’s never too late to find out you’re worth and talent so you and the world can benefit from it.

Yes, money is very important and still has its worth but I don’t put it on that pedestal anymore, thinking that’s the only way to survive in life. I give myself way more credit now and that’s only from truly discovering and believing in my talent.

What I want more in the present and future is to help people discover their wealth of talent, giving them more confidence and belief to find and show the world what they have to exchange.

NO MORE UNNECESSARY APOLOGIES

I started to know my worth and what my worth is to other people. Anybody can say sorry, it’s actually making a conscious change in language to stop myself from saying unnecessary apologies which has really made my life evolve for the better through relationships and work.

My mindfulness of what I project into the world and receive is so important in my life. I’m saving my apologies for when they are really are needed and they will be worth more when shared.

THE MINDFULNESS OF DOING THE DISHES

There doesn’t have to be a reason for things sometimes, just do it.

I just do the dishes without thinking about anything else just doing the movements of the dishes. The technique the feeling the motion of doing the dishes is all that I need in the present.

Just thinking about if I don’t want to do it and it need to be done to keep a tidy house is not what I want because it is creating negativity energy, stress and distracting energy making it a task. Simply thinking of nothing is such a great mindfulness exercise that benefits the household and myself at the same time.
