It was great to revisit core principles, learn updated approaches, and practise practical applications that make a real difference for comfort and protection.

I had a day out of the office - well… a day away from visiting your feet! 😄 I was super excited to attend this Founder Mums Level Up Live event. When I worked in the corporate world I organised many events so I loved being a guest. Listening to inspiring women, enjoying posh teas, a yummy lunch and going home with a goodie bag 😊 This superb event has motivated my mindset and confidence, so I can grow a business that feels balanced and successful.
