✅ Such a good day with lots of practical training. Performing 30 chest compressions repeatedly can be exhausting 😮‍💨
I recommend first aid training for everyone. It can help save lives, maintain calm and provide care and support to others in an emergency🚑🩸💚🤕 You just never know when you might need it! Stay safe! ❤️👣
