This workshop will focus on strengthening and harmonising the five principal organs of Chinese medicine (Kidney, Lung, Spleen, Liver and Heart). Like in all genuine internal method qigong we will work on seamlessly integrating body, breath and mind, focusing on movements to stimulate each organ in turn as well as its associated acupuncture channel (meridian). The practices taught in this workshop are drawn from the five animal and eight pieces of brocade qigong forms.
