September is almost here, I will be seeing clients for Shiatsu Massage face to face. Teaching General Yoga, Pregnancy & Post Natal Yoga via Zoom.

To give an idea of what having a Shiatsu looks I have added photos showing me in a Visor, then a mask and cotton gloves to treat. Yoga on zoom does allow for time to chat and share issues especially for the Pregnancy & Post Natal Classes.

Greetings All
I am now seeing people for Shiatsu massage from my home Studio following current guidelines. I send a form to individuals asking questions about their Covid status and health, the precautions taken by me in preparation and between seeing clients the cleansing and sanitising that happens.

My Pregnancy Yoga Classes, Post Natal Classes and General Yoga Classes will resume in September they will all be via Zoom as I cannot see how to offer the necessary ventilation once the weather starts to cool down. I will be offering 1-1 sessions following the guidelines I use for my Shiatsu clients.

I am also seeing couples for Birth Preparation sessions on a 1-1 basis in person, this could be via Zoom if you prefer.

My General Yoga Classes will resume on the Monday 16th September 9.30 am & 18.30pm
Pregnancy Yoga will resume on Tuesday 17th September @ 9.45 am and Wednesday 18th @ 19.00pm
Post Natal Yoga with your baby starts on Tuesday 17th September 12.45 -14.15 pm.

General Yoga Monday 14th 9.30-10.45 am & 18.30-19.45pm.
Pregnancy Yoga Tuesday 15th 9.45-11.15 & Wednesday 19.00-20.30pm.
Post Natal Mum with Baby Yoga Tuesday 15th 12.45-14.15pm for 6 weeks.
Sunday Monthly Yoga Sunday 20th January, 17th February, 17th March 2019 9.30-11.30am
Birth Preparation Sessions Sunday 20th January & 17th March 13.30-17.30pm Private sessions can also be arranged.

Yoga brings a Mind Body connection you may come for your physical or mental but both are inextricably joined, it is not a quick fix we take the yoga we do into our class into our everyday lives and bring our lives to our yoga class - it's ongoing maintenance with times when we blossom :))

When you are feeding your baby you need to eat good nourishing food :)

right? Moms don't need another baby blanket or onesie or someone to come over and be entertained. They need to be in bed, with baby, and nourishing food. Not worrying about the laundry, making dinner, work, entertaining guests, etc.

Many people call the trip they take during pregnancy their "baby moon." Actually, the baby moon refers to the early postpartum time of lying in. How can you plan for your postpartum baby moon?

Taking time in bed to recover after giving birth (no matter what type of birth you had and no matter how easy or difficult it was) can have a profound positive effect on long-term healing and recovery.
