Let’s talk about one of the most overlooked areas when it comes to ageing: the mouth.

As we get older, we often focus on the eyes or the cheeks, but the mouth and its surrounding areas can age us more than we think. Lines that didn’t used to be there. Corners that start to turn down. Skin that’s lost that smooth, bouncy look.

The good news? We’ve got options, and it’s not about doing everything at once. Here’s how we can approach it:

✨ Muscle relaxing injections to soften those lines and lift the corners, bringing back a more open, refreshed expression.
✨ Polynucleotides to support skin regeneration and improve the texture and quality of the skin around the mouth.
✨ Strategically placed filler to restore lost volume and rebalance the lower face, without making you look overdone.

The goal? Not to make you look different. Just to help you look like you, more rested, more confident, and more in tune with how you feel inside.

💬 Curious about how this could work for you? Send me a message or book a consultation, let’s chat about your goals and the subtle tweaks that can make a world of difference.

Letting someone treat your face is a big decision. It’s not just about the treatment itself, it’s about how supported, heard and safe you feel throughout the process.

That’s why the way someone practises matters just as much as what they offer.

Before anything else, I think it’s important you know what I stand for and how I work. These are the promises I make to every patient who sits in my chair 👉🏼

The future of skin rejuvenation is increasingly being shaped by intelligent laser technology.

I had the pleasure of attending a beautiful evening hosted by and at the Mayfair Hotel, where we spent the evening discussing some of the latest developments in laser treatments and how they’re changing the way we approach skin health.

We explored the science behind technologies such as LaseMD Ultra and the increasingly popular Baby Laser, and how these treatments are being used to improve skin quality, stimulate collagen, and enhance overall skin resilience with minimal downtime.

Laser technology continues to evolve, and when it’s used thoughtfully, it can be one of the most powerful tools we have for improving skin tone, texture, and long-term skin health.

Thank you to the Seriderm team for hosting such a lovely evening and creating space for these important conversations around innovation, safety, and patient outcomes 🤍

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is that one treatment should do it all.

In reality, skin ageing is layered, so the most effective results come from treating it that way. When treatments are combined thoughtfully, they support each other and deliver far more natural, longer-lasting outcomes than any single option on its own.

This is how I approach treatment planning in clinic. Not chasing trends, but choosing combinations that work with your skin, your biology and your long-term goals.

These are the three treatment combinations I rely on most, and why they work so well together ➡️

If you’d like to know which combinations would make the biggest difference for your skin, tap the link in my bio to book a consultation and we’ll create a plan that’s tailored to you 💬

Polynucleotides tend to come up around your 30s for a reason. This is the stage where skin still looks good on the surface, but the deeper processes that keep it strong and resilient start to slow down.

It’s not about fixing anything or rushing into treatment. It’s about supporting the skin while it’s still responsive, so you’re building strength, repair and collagen before changes become more obvious.

Polynucleotides don’t change how you look. They work subtly in the background, improving skin quality and resilience so your skin ages in a more supported, controlled way rather than constantly playing catch-up later on.

This is why they’re so often recommended at this stage, and why they’re worth paying attention to ➡️

I was truly honoured to receive the Empowerment Award for Excellence in Female Aesthetic Leadership, Colleague and Patient Empowerment at the first Women in Aesthetics Conference on Sunday, perfectly timed to celebrate International Women’s Day 🤍

This recognition means a great deal to me because empowerment has always been at the heart of how I practise. Whether it’s supporting patients to feel confident in their own skin, mentoring colleagues in the industry, or helping other women step into leadership roles within aesthetics, it’s something I care deeply about.

A huge thank you to for such a thoughtful and inspiring event, and to the incredible women in this industry who continue to support, uplift and challenge one another.

It was a very special way to mark International Women’s Day, surrounded by so many talented and inspiring women 🤍

The lower face is one of the first places we start to notice the effects of ageing. This is down to loss of support, changes in skin quality and collagen decline, all of which can often be addressed quite effectively, in most cases, without going anywhere near a scalpel.

The key is knowing which treatments actually lift and define, and which ones just add bulk in the wrong places. A thoughtful, layered approach makes all the difference.

These are the treatments I’d book if I wanted to lift, tone and define the lower face in a natural, non-surgical way 👉🏼

If you’re starting to notice changes in your lower face and want honest advice on what would genuinely help, tap the link in my bio to book a consultation, and we’ll talk it through properly 💌

I’m delighted to be attending ACE 2026 as a mentor for Aesthetics Mentoring.

Education and supporting the next generation of practitioners have always been something I care deeply about. Our industry evolves incredibly quickly, and having the opportunity to share knowledge, discuss clinical decision-making, and help colleagues develop their skills is something I find hugely rewarding.

Events like ACE are such an important space for learning, collaboration, and raising standards across the profession. Mentorship plays a big role in that. It’s not just about techniques, it’s about judgement, patient safety, and building a thoughtful, evidence-led approach to practice.

I’m really looking forward to connecting with practitioners across the industry, answering questions, and supporting those who want to continue developing their clinical confidence.

If you’re attending ACE on the 13th or 14th of March, do come and say hello. It would be lovely to see you there 💙

“I want lip filler, but I don’t want it to look like I’ve had lip filler.” I hear this almost every day, and it’s exactly how lip filler should be approached 👄

The aim is never obvious volume or a big changes. It’s about understanding your natural lip shape, how your lips sit in balance with the rest of your face, and what will actually enhance them without drawing attention. When lip filler is planned properly, the focus is on proportion, definition and hydration. Softening the outline, supporting the structure and restoring what’s been lost, rather than chasing a trend or copying someone else’s lips.

This transformation is a perfect example of that. The lips look fuller and more defined, but still completely natural. They move naturally, sit in harmony with the face, and, most importantly, still look like you.

If you’ve been thinking about lip filler but want a result that feels subtle, balanced and true to your features, tap the link in my bio to book your consultation, and we’ll talk through a plan that’s right for you 💌

Let’s talk about lips, and not in the way you might think 👄

So often, lip treatments get reduced to just one thing: adding volume. But there’s so much more that skilled lip work can do, and it’s not just about bigger lips or trendy shapes.

From balancing your facial proportions, to restoring definition and structure, to simply bringing back that natural, healthy plumpness that fades as we age, the right approach to lip treatments can make a subtle, powerful difference.

Because your lips aren’t just one feature - they’re part of your whole facial story 🤍
