Canal pose can be really hard at first. Some ways to keep it safe for your body:

- gently squeeze glutes
- keep both hands on lower back and extend pelvice forward
- tuck chin to chest if neck is sensitive or you feel dizzy

This is real self care. Self care isn’t pushing yourself through a workout when your body is screaming no!

Self care is listening and understanding yourself and doing what will honor that.

Understanding your cycle is a big part of self care. By Understanding your cycle you can utilise and work with it ☀️

When do you need to rest and enjoy slower forms of movement which will intern prepare your body for when your ready for intense workouts.
Whe are you anxious and over thinking - look after your menta health so When are you are ready you can make the right decisions.

Work with yourself not against yourself and you can thrive in balance,regulation,health and harmony ❤️

Welcome to Sama Yoga Baby+ Me yoga.

I had a great time teaching this class again and excited to be back with our Baby + Me yoga class every Thursday 13:40-14:40.

This class prioritizes both adults and Babies peace

This is a workout class for grown ups :
stretching,strengthening, releasing tension and having an hour of self care 💕.

Equally as important is little one’s happiness and growth: We fill up the baskets with different sensory props for babies. We have bubbles on hand and our instructor is trained in childcare and development ❤️

Come along for a feel good class and community with other new parents.
