Grateful to have been part of an inspiring evening at , where and Ayalla Counselling shared powerful insights on trauma, mental health, and the science behind recovery—and how The Recovery College supports the community in navigating life’s challenges.

I then guided members through an experiential Somatic [R]evolution session—connecting to the body, exploring boundaries, and deepening our sense of community and inner navigation.
