Eventually a miracle will happen and you will realise you aren’t separate from the wonders of the universe…

The anxiety’s, the fears, the personal insecurities, the self neglect, the racing mind, all the things…

They stem from a lack of true identity, guided by our ego, beacuse we are lost in our earthly experience…

You, me, and us are part of the most incredible story, not the tiny limited history we are taught in school, we have a history that spans the whole of creation…

You, me, us, have the most epic DNA and ancestry story that surpasses any ‘tv’ version…

And when you take time to discover that…

You realise You, Me, Us are more than you could ever grasp with the mind…

You, Me, Us are here to remember…

And change the ending of humanities story…

To a story of Love, Unity and Joy… how incredible is it that You are here now, to be a part of that…?

It is of course a free will choice, but when you grasp even a tiny part of your spiritual story, you will never ever want to turn back…

August 8/8/8 is not just about a celestial event, your birthright is to roar… (☕️3 min read)

Our ancestors knew their greatest asset was their spiritual history, wisdom and health…

They didn’t try and live just as a ‘human’…

Without the distractions of a modern world, they heard their intuition; the connection point that has a free flow of energy between physical body, earth, cosmos and universe…

They knew they were the stars, the earth, the animals and the land, and they took time to carry forward the wisdom and knowledge of their ancestors…

They learnt about the connection between the cosmos and how it’s supports us and we it…

They spoke with the land, the plants and the animals, because they knew that a respectful exchange would result in plenty for all…

Instead of Netflix they studied the stars, instead of takeaway for their nourishment,
they communicated with the plants to hear the wisdom of what will nourish and heal…

So while August is known for the ‘Lions Gate’ event where the earth, sun and the brightest star in our galaxy come together to shower us with divine cosmic energy…

This is not some pleasant far away event that is interesting to read about…

This is part of you, of me, of us…

We are not looking in on this event, we are part of this event…

Knowingly or not your energy body is in communication, and in an energy exchange with this cosmic event, and it is part of how the universe supports our journey here on earth…

It is an event that is to remind us of our eternal universal nature, and to prompt us to remember we are designed to exist in unity with everything…

So I encourage you to sit outside tonight and gaze up at the night sky and welcome in the energy of the universe to clear all that no longer serves you, to connect you back into your ancestral wisdom, and guide in the resources to support the remembering of your most precious asset while in human form…

the remembering of your spiritual roots,
your universal history, and why you are here…

This is the foundation of your spiritual health and when we live from this place, events like this won’t just be a novelty that we forget in a few days…

We will unite with it, feel the power once again to roar with mother earth, the universe and spirit…

and when we reconnect with our spiritual origins… our human body, and our life will click back into its original state of divine ease, in awe of who we get to be, and what we get to experience…

And with love replacing fear, we will change the course of our lives and the course of human history for the better…❤️

It’s about me and her, you and us, us and millions more…. (☕️ 2 min read)

Because of me and her we are standing tall, we smile bigger, and see the gifts in life everywhere…

Because of me and her we faced the challenges head on, we faced the pain, we dug so deep we thought we would drown…

but at the bottom of that ocean we didn’t drown, together we showed each other the sunlight, shards of sunlight that guided us back to the surface to see so clearly what the bigger picture of life is…

It’s because of her, because of us together, standing side by side we guided each other, and so many others, into a reality that showed us our spiritual roots, the plan that’s guiding us all and where you, me and us fit in…

You, me, us are not here to suffer, to be a slave to our thoughts, our emotions, and what an outdated fear based narrative is still trying to tell us…

You, me, us and millions more where born for this time, a time of ending the internal and external suffering, not living just from the fragment we have been told we are…

You, me, us and millions more are here to say no more to the madness in the world, the stress, the relentless noise in our heads that plays on loop because of the beliefs we have been told about ourselves and who we are…

It starts with us, that’s why you, me, us, were born for this…

When we stand together knowing who we are, we know and understand we are not victims, we understand we are part of the most extraordinary plan for the betterment of humanity, the earth, the all…

And as we embrace this wisdom, for ourselves, for the all… we all get to breath, look back at the ridiculousness of it all, the madness that we called ‘life’…

And start really living…

Together me, her, you, us, will walk together ensuring the madness stops with us, because we are bold enough to take that step to reclaim ourselves and our life…for all

Being the one that intellectually knows ‘nothing’ is one of the main keys to your peace…

We are trained from a super young age to have a cerebral approach to life, an ‘intelligent’ approach to life, which does not leave much space for an intuitive and spiritual approach…

Taking any amount of time, to sit in a state where you believe you know ‘nothing’ will give great relief to stress, worry and an overactive mind…

When we intellectually know nothing we cannot judge, think, reason, bargain, worry…

All those years you are taught at school to ‘think intelligently’, I am encouraging you to balance this by believing intellectually you know nothing…

Instead take time to be in your heart brain instead (yes it is a brain), be with your essence…

from this place feel the peace vibrating within you, feel the peace that is a song vibrating through the infinite dark blue of the universe, the planets and the stars…

This is where you will find your peace and calm, taking a breath in that sinks your attention to your heart, focus only on stillness in this space, and peace will follow…

For some of today believe you know nothing…

It will connect you to everything…❤️

Do not forget to be aware of how you are leading yourself…

Ancient cultures always knew what your heart also knows, and modern science now supports you in satisfying your logical mind…

That true peace, happiness and resiliant health stems from a solid Spiritual Foundation…

This foundation is more than just crystals and meditation (although these are an important part), and the sum of your experiences up to now…

It is about leading yourself to really understand and get to know the part of you that is intrinsically connected to everything in the universe…

Learning about your rich spiritual history, going much deeper than the fragment of human history you have been taught…

is what creates your peace, happiness and resilient health…

I see you as you are…

The words you use that put you down…

The thoughts that disrespect your beauty…

The choices made that don’t nourish your body…

The beliefs from outside that make you feel smaller than you are…

All the things that make your uniqueness less bright, your gifts left unwrapped, that part of you that judges just a fragment of who you are…

I do not see that…

I see a light that has the ability to illuminate a path for yourself and others…

I see within a body the love that is creation itself, ready to burst out into a world that will be healed by your love…

I see a soul in a body that holds the wisdom of the universe in its heart…

I see someone who has temporarily been sucked into a world that has forgotten itself…

I see someone so great that without needing to search anywhere, spend anything, or consult others…

Holds the whole universe inside them…

Because that is your truth, that is our truth, and when we come together to see each other, not just as the fragment of being in front of us, but as an extension of us, of the universe and of love…

We stand together and unite as the power for change…

Good morning… Raising a cup to you, to life, to whatever is present for you right now....

Know that whatever it is, wherever you are, it is part of your plan...

Know that life is not to be taken too seriously...

It is not the be all and end all, it is but a breath of time in an eternal existence...

It is a gift that once opened, will be short lived, and it is lived with ebb and flow...

The colours, adventures, the richness of living in all its forms will disappear in a blink of an eye...

And you will return to your whole self, ever present in the universe...

So enjoy your time, love really hard, appreciate, and even during the tough times know that it is a moment...

Life is precious, you are precious, don’t hold on too tight...

Because transition from this life is always the outcome...

And love is always at the beginning, and the end...

What is experienced in between is up to us...
