MICROGOALS.✨
I have been using this word a lot in the past couple of days with my clients.
The pressure to have big New Year’s resolutions and goals can be a lot. And feel overwhelming.
So let’s take it easy this year shall we?
Last year I wrote an article on how to incorporate small, achievable wellness goals in the new year and I think it’s all still very very useful, so if you head to my link in bio, I have moved it to the top of the list for you to find.😉
This is not about go big or go home. It’s about one small step at a time, allowing you to feel as relaxed and open as possible to welcome any fabulous new opportunities that may be coming your way this year.💫💫💫
My goal is optimising my stress response this year. That’s it. Just the one.
So my focus will be on things like being more present, breathwork/meditation (read starting from 2 min in the morning), reading a book, walking in nature, finding 3 things I am grateful for..
I may not feel like doing the same thing every day, because my mood or time schedule may change, but 1 small thing each day that will still work towards my overall goal. One step each day.
You may want to focus on nutrition, or hydration or exercise… you do you. Take small steps, and celebrate them too.
