I’m thinking of starting monthly online health talks for those of you who follow me here on Facebook!

Each talk would be 45 minutes plus 15 minutes of live Q&A, and you’ll also receive a downloadable PDF of the slides afterwards so you can refer back to everything you’ve learned.

Some of the topics I could cover include:

✨ To Stress or Not to Stress? – how to support your body and mind in a busy world
✨ That Gut Feeling – practical tips to improve your digestion and overall health
✨ Food and Mood – how what you eat can influence your mental wellbeing
✨ Women’s Health: Balancing Your Hormones – understanding your hormones and how to feel your best

I’m also open to suggestions for other topics you’d like me to cover, so please share your ideas!

Tickets would be £15 per person. The cost goes directly towards my required CPD training (Continuing Professional Development) as a practitioner – which means that, in return, you’ll be receiving expert-led, evidence-based information and advice.

👉 For the talk to go ahead, we’d need a minimum of 5 people signed up, so feel free to tag a friend who might want to join you!

Questo post è per te zia. Non smetterai mai di mancarmi. Le tue risate, i tuoi abbracci e baci a tempesta. Ma tanto sarai sempre qui, vivissima nel mio cuore. Sempre sempre sempre. Al momento non ho ancora capito che è’ successo veramente, e’ successo tutto troppo in fretta. Nel frattempo quando fa troppo male respiro, respiro profondamente. Me lo dicevi anche tu, “respira amore. Va tutto bene”. E ti prometto che continuerò’ a ballare, a ridere ed ad amare. Anche se al momento è difficile. Seguo nelle tue impronte di godermi la vita piu’ che posso e fare tutto ciò che mi rende felice. Ti voglio un bene dell’anima zia Vicky, all’infinito.

This Valentine’s Day I hope you have the best time whatever you do, but don’t forget that the most important relationship in your life is the one with yourself! You will always be there honey!🌸✨

So here’s 3 simple wellness tips to stick to today, as often Valentine’s Day can trigger many different emotions in different people, and they are not always all positive ones..

💕 Fuel Your Body with Love – Start your day with a nourishing meal rich in protein, healthy fats, and fiber to keep your energy steady and enjoy today (and every other day!) to the fullest✨An egg based breakfast always does the trick for me.😉

🛀 Indulge in Self-Care – Whether it’s a warm bath, treating yourself to a massage, journaling, or your favorite workout, take some time to do something that makes YOU feel good. If I wasn’t going away for work, I would probably be dancing bachata tonight💃🏻✨

💬 Speak Kindly to Yourself – Swap self-criticism for self-compassion. Today and always. I know it’s not easy, but never forget that you deserve the same love and care you give to others.So speak to yourself the same way you would to your best friend✨

Remember: when you take care of yourself, you can show up even brighter for the people you love.🥰

Healthy habits for maintaining energy throughout 2025✨✨

In other news, the first couple of months of a new year can be challenging for many reasons, including getting back to your work routine and the weather still being cold and often grey/dark.

Sometimes you may feel low, sluggish, irritable and just not where you’d like to be mentally or physically.
Make sure to give yourself a break, it’s ok. Focus on rest, and on even the smallest things that may make you happy. No matter how small/simple they are. And make sure to talk about it with friends, family or support circle.

Hopefully you may find a couple more ideas in this article too.❤️

MICROGOALS.✨

I have been using this word a lot in the past couple of days with my clients.

The pressure to have big New Year’s resolutions and goals can be a lot. And feel overwhelming.

So let’s take it easy this year shall we?

Last year I wrote an article on how to incorporate small, achievable wellness goals in the new year and I think it’s all still very very useful, so if you head to my link in bio, I have moved it to the top of the list for you to find.😉

This is not about go big or go home. It’s about one small step at a time, allowing you to feel as relaxed and open as possible to welcome any fabulous new opportunities that may be coming your way this year.💫💫💫

My goal is optimising my stress response this year. That’s it. Just the one.

So my focus will be on things like being more present, breathwork/meditation (read starting from 2 min in the morning), reading a book, walking in nature, finding 3 things I am grateful for..

I may not feel like doing the same thing every day, because my mood or time schedule may change, but 1 small thing each day that will still work towards my overall goal. One step each day.

You may want to focus on nutrition, or hydration or exercise… you do you. Take small steps, and celebrate them too.

So I hope you will feel inspired after reading the article, and maybe find something that you may want to try to support your wellbeing and feel your best this year.⭐️
