Home Instead Ealing is owned by Tony Hussain, who opened the Ealing office providing care in September 2008. Tony’s ethos is simple, to offer the best possible care to older people in the area, as well as providing support to their family and f

riends.

“We have built a fantastic reputation in the area and nationally and have won numerous domiciliary care awards in-home care. We have established close relationships with organisations such as Age UK, Alzheimer's Society. We work with Social Workers, Ealing, Hillingdon & Hounslow Adult Social Care, District Nurses and the PCT Continuing Health Care Team. We offer continuity of care by allocating the same ‘matched’ CAREGiver to our clients, which ensures that a relationship can be developed and dignity is maintained. We provide care for clients with conditions such as mental health, palliative care, neurological conditions, Learning Disabilities, dementia and many more conditions. Our CAREGivers are properly trained to help clients with these particular needs. Your loved ones might need a few hours a week or 24 hours a day of Companionship, Home Help or Personal Care. It is also possible for us to provide respite care in the home in the case of someone seeking a holiday or break. All our staff and CAREGivers are subject to a full Criminal Records Bureau check and have to provide us with SIX references. The work that we carry out has a positive impact, not only on the people we look after, but also their families. The best way to sum up our aim is to say that we will only deliver home care services that we would be happy for a member of our families to receive. We are a people centred organisation and we look forward to helping you or a loved one continue to lead an independent life.
