Oh, Milano-Cortina 2026. I have no words. Just tears. Which is inconvenient, because I don’t cry.

3 Team GB athletes and all of them absolutely smashed it. Ice Dance and Snowboard Cross.
2 clean skates, and 17th overall for James and Phebe!!
Huw had a Top 10 Quali in individual, and took home Gold with his partner Charlotte in Mixed Team SBX!!

My biggest fear this season had nothing to do with the course or my clients competing in Milan and Livigno.
The last few months of my life have been, to put it generously, a total disaster

Severe health issues. Hospital stays. Losing everything I owned. A million temporary apartments.

And underneath all of it was this quiet, terrible thought: what if I was accidentally ruining the most important performances of my clients’ careers because I couldn’t keep my own life in order.

So when everyone finished competing, and Huw and Charlotte crossed that finish line, I finally exhaled. And cried.

I always assumed moments this cinematic were reserved for people who actually have their lives together. Apparently, I was wrong about that, too.

So grateful to for joining me at Livigno, driving us through the snow, keeping me going after being up over 37 hours. And to for helping us cheer on Team GB!! This whole experience one I will never forget.

The reason I’m even sharing this is to remind everyone that IG is a highlight reel. Yes, so many things are incredible and life-changing, but there are always things you don’t see happening behind the screens. Please don’t compare your life to anyone else’s. Your life is incredible just the way it is too.

When you stop trying to prove your worth to others, it shows. In fact, it shines.

Get comfortable with being uncomfortable, that’s how we learn to adapt.

It’s not about the mistake. It’s what happened after.
Mistakes aren’t failures, their reps towards building resilience like a muscle in your brain.
It’s not over Amber. You’ve got the Free to make yourself proud!

The ice said no. Junhwan Cha said WATCH ME BRUV.
My fav resilience moment from the Men’s Olympic Free Skate.

Everyone will call this “nerves”.
I call it what it is: a training gap the coaches didn’t see.

13/02/2026

The rise and fall of the Quad God. When nerves meet Olympic pressure.

Support, but make it choreographed 🔥
Who’s ready for the men’s final tonight?!?
