Hello and welcome. I know from experience that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you're feeling anxious or uncertain.
To give you an idea of what person-centred therapy is, my approach is non-directive, meaning that you decide on the focus of our work.
I provide compassionate support and I offer a non-judgemental, empathic and authentic counselling relationship where you can talk openly about what’s on your mind, and where you can feel empowered to discover your own path forward.
Concentrating on your specific needs that are unique to you, we'll collaborate to transform your understanding of yourself and create space for healing.
