Growing up as a CODA, BSL has been woven into every part of my life. Today, I work as a qualified interpreter and dedicate part of my career to teaching and assessing the next generation of interpreters. Through this blog, I share reflections from my day-to-day work, offer insights into the interpreting profession, and provide practical tips for anyone learning BSL or considering a career in interpretation. My goal is to inspire, educate, and give a candid view of life behind the signs—the challenges, the joys, and everything in between.
