Immediate Social Care provides advice, guidance and care services in the community to: Customers aged 18 and above with mental health difficulties, customers with physical disability in need of rehabilitation, customers with long term illness, elderly customers including dementia sufferers, customers with sensory impairment and customers requiring provide support. Immediate Social Care want to eng

age directly with older people who wants to be cared for in their own home. Immediate Social Care want to engage or connect directly with those children, partners and families who have an elderly parent (s) partner or elderly relative who believes that care should be provided with integrity and respect and should focus on the person needs and requirements. We worry with our clients about some of the changes, though agree that any of the clients have a right to a full life that includes purpose, dignity and a right to work. It is still early days for the proposals. There will be consultations, committees and parliamentary debates.

Make sure you contact the charity that supports and represents your needs or condition, or contact your MP to express any concerns if you are affected or know or care for somebody who is.

The planned changes have been met with anger from Labour MPs, unions and charities.
