Most people lifting weights don’t get bulky, they get stronger, more sculpted, more confident… and usually leaner too.

I thought I was just tired… turns out I was running on empty 🩸

For months I’ve been training, eating well, showing up like normal, but something felt OFF. Fatigue, slow recovery, brain fog, workouts feeling harder than they should.

So I finally checked what was going on internally with … Low iron. High cortisol. And suddenly everything made sense.
