Get ready with me in Paris!

First Morning Beauty Diary!
I enjoyed a Deep refreshing cleanse, with Pure Radiance brightening mask.

Just add a small amount of Rose water to the beauty clay to remove any makeup, clear pores. The mask works to remove and heal any blemishes and keeps my skin texture really smooth after my whirlwind flight!

Balance and hydrate with Pure Rosewater mist, and I always add a few drops of my facial treatment oil to keep those fine lines at bay!

Lets talk Skin Basics My top tips!

Take care of your skin gently without causing damage, from sun, toxins, and over zealous beauty treatments.

This is a guide to assist your skin knowledge.

1.Choose skincare products and routines according to your age, and skin type.

2.Recommendations for skincare are great, but check ingredients are suitable to solve or assist your personal skin concerns, your age, if you are taking medication or prone to allergies.

3. Do not over exfoliate or fail to follow the instructions or guidelines given by the brand.
These professional recommendations are for general application and usage.
However you can tweak the usage according to a Dermatologist, Doctor or Skincare professional.

4. What works for friends and social media Gurus, are only an opinion, or paid sales adverts. Always seek professional advice if you are not sure if the individual item will enhance your skin, or texture.

5. Cleanse Tone Balance and Protect the skin daily with a healthy diet, sleep and harmonious lifestyle… take time out for self-care.

6. Do not squeeze, poke, stick or break the skin’s surface to pop a pimple. Unfortunately these can turn into cysts, pustules, become inflammed causing redness, more sensitivity or spread causing breakouts and scarring.
7. The upper most layer of the skin is your Epidermis, which is covered and protected by a blend of oil ( sebum) and prevents water loss. It protects your body from harm, produces new cells and contains your melanin which gives the skin its colour and tone. It is the thinnest layer of the skin and must be allowed to function naturally.
