Hello? It’s my foot calling — apparently it’s got something to say about recovery.”

Hyde Park, post–half marathon — hundreds of runners, tight calves, big smiles, and me on stage pretending to take a call from my toes.

I hadn’t met any of them. Different levels, different stories — yet for that short time, everyone moved together, stretched, and avoided cramping. That blend of effort and ease — that’s what hooked me.

Looking back, this photo feels like a milestone. From rebuilding my own confidence and strength, to teaching in public spaces, to working with athletes and golfers who want to feel good in their body again — it’s all been the same mission.

Help people move better. Recover faster. And remind them they’re stronger than they think.
