My last month’s practice has been mainly Iyengar classes , Yogasana
Yin at home after running, and Handstands of course
Most challenging has been the Iyengar practice for sure.
But also learned a lot from it as well. How to adjust in different alignment and discipline. I have only practiced like 10-15 classes of Iyengar in the 12 years of Yoga Practice

🌴Wednesday Women Only 11am 60’ Vinyasa Slow Flow
🌱Thursday Women Only 10am 60’ Slow Flow

☀️SRILANKA ☀️ ( join me 22nd-28th March 2026)
After my yoga retreat there last March I went towards the East side of the island! So much to see! We chosen the most quiet places starting from Panama and driving up towards Trincomalae .
1. Panama Beach ( literally no one there and probably we were the only tourists in the little village)
2. The cabin we stayed was really pretty!
3. Panama Wewa , beautiful scenery
4. Crocodile Rock
5. Early mornings elephants are washing up. Love them!
6. Cabin number 2 , at Nilaveli Beach
7. Puppies
8. Deers at Trincomalee
9. Best view and juice! Mango- passion fruit
10. Thirukoneswaram Kovil
11. Hindu temples are so beautiful
12. Nilaveli beach, loved it there:)
13. Also amazing food at this little restaurant Nila Rice and Curry. We went twice!
