Our Story
24-7 Healthcare was formed in August of 2005. Since then we have grown steadily to be able to provide a full range of assistive devices, daily living aids and Occupational Therapy services.
Helping to support independent living for people with disabilities as well as seniors, bariatric patients, special needs and children with medical conditions or injuries.
As well as providing disability products, we also have an engineering arm that specialises in installation of through floor lifts, stairlifts and steplifts as well as providing equipment maintenance, servicing packages and rentals to many U.K. local authorities, NHS Healthcare trusts, care homes as well as individuals.
In early 2014 we expanded our business to be able provide an international service in conjunction with HCA Healthcare’s Wellington & Portland Hospitals via our Dubai office who trade as 247 Medical Equipment L.L.C.
This enables our international clients who in many cases, are being cared for by private healthcare providers, to select and purchase relevant products and aids during their stay in the U.K. which can be dispatched, delivered and if required, installed into the customers home by our team of fully qualified engineers.
Like the U.K. we have a team of fully qualified Occupational and Physio Therapists on call in Dubai and the neighboring G.C.C. countries to carry out re-assessments to determine their recovery & progress. This provides a vital link between the patient and the hospital which in most cases never existed prior to our involvement.
Not only do we provide training, full product support and ongoing servicing options, but our Middle East customers also receive a full manufacturer’s warranty even for products purchased in The U.K.
Our Dubai office is very proactive and staff are in constant contact with all public and private hospitals in the region, introducing new brands and technology via local seminars and training events. This has enabled us to introduce different brands and types of
products that they have identified were not previously available in the region.
