Have you ever felt your intuition say one thing, but your body floods with fear and anxiety anyway? 🌻
You’re not broken, this is normal.

Your intuition is your inner knowing. It’s calm, steady, and clear, even if it leads you somewhere uncomfortable. Your fear is your nervous system reacting to past experiences, uncertainty, or survival instincts.
Both can show up at the same time.

✨ The Difference:
💫 Intuition feels grounded and quiet, like a soft “yes” or “no.”
💫 Fear feels loud, urgent, and heavy, often filled with “what ifs.”
💫 Intuition nudges you forward with clarity.
💫 Fear tries to hold you back with doubt.

✨ Tools to Align with Intuition:
🌬 Breathe – Slow, deep breaths calm the nervous system so you can hear your intuition clearly.
🖊 Journaling – Write down the fear. Then ask: What does my deeper self already know?
🤍 Body scan – Intuition usually feels expansive (lightness, openness). Fear feels tight and constricted.
✨ Affirm – “I can feel fear and still trust my inner wisdom.”
🌸 Practice – The more often you act on intuition, the stronger and clearer it becomes.

Remember this: you can feel fear and still follow intuition.

The challenge? These programs run automatically, influencing your thoughts, emotions, and actions without you even realising it.

The good news is, your subconscious can be rewired. You are not stuck with the old stories. Here are some simple but powerful tools:

🧠 Affirmations with Feeling
Don’t just say the words, feel them. Repetition with emotion is what convinces the subconscious.
Example: “I am worthy of love and success.” Say it daily while breathing deeply.

📖 Journaling Prompts
Ask yourself: “What do I believe about myself that no longer serves my highest good?” Write it out. Then reframe it into an empowering belief.

🌙 Bedtime Reprogramming
Your subconscious is most open right before sleep. Listen to a guided meditation, repeat affirmations, or visualise the life you want as you drift off.

💫 Visualization
Close your eyes, breathe, and imagine yourself already living the reality you desire. Add rich details, what you see, hear, feel. Your subconscious doesn’t know the difference between imagination and reality.

3 Steps to Rewrite the Script:

1️⃣ Spot the Belief – Grab a pen and write down what’s holding you back. Ask yourself: “What’s the story I’m telling myself here?” You can’t change what you can’t see 🖊️

2️⃣ Flip It – Once you’ve found the belief, ask: “What do I want instead?” If your belief is I’m not enough, your new truth becomes I am more than enough and I am safe to be seen 💗

3️⃣ Install the Upgrade – Place your hand on your heart, close your eyes, and repeat your new belief with energy. I love and accept myself. Life supports me in every way.

Your Thoughts Are Not Your Truth

Let’s talk about how to break free from the cycle of negative thinking and choose thoughts that empower you

Did you know 95% of the thoughts you think today are the same ones you thought yesterday?
No wonder it’s so easy to get stuck in cycles of negative thinking especially when our brains are wired to focus more on threats than blessings.

But here’s the truth: You do NOT have to believe your thoughts.

When a negative thought pops up, try this:
✨ Notice it - A thought is just a thought, not a fact.
✨ Thank your mind - It’s trying to protect you, even if it’s outdated.
✨ Challenge it - Ask, What would be a more helpful thought?
✨ Delete it - Visualise dragging it into a mental trash bin and pressing delete. 🗑️
✨ Reframe it - Focus on what you do want, not what you don’t.

💡 Tip: When you catch yourself ruminating, remember, the more you replay a thought, the more it turns into an emotion and takes root in your body. Shift the story before it becomes your truth.

📓 Try this: Ask yourself, What’s the story I’m telling myself right now? If it’s not empowering, rewrite it.

Because thoughts are choices. And today, you get to choose differently.

How to turn self-doubt into unstoppable confidence…starting today!

✨Hey Feelfree Free Community!✨

Self-belief isn’t something you’re either born with or not, it’s something you can nurture, like a muscle 💪🏽.
The challenge? Many of us carry limiting beliefs that quietly chip away at our confidence 🧠.

Limiting beliefs sound like:
✨ “I’m not good enough”
✨ “People like me don’t succeed”
✨ “I’ll fail, so why try?” 😔

Often, these beliefs come from old experiences, words we heard growing up, or moments when we felt small 🌱

Left unchecked, they become the lens through which we see ourselves… and our potential 👀.

🔍 Recognising them:
• Pay attention to your self-talk 🗣. Notice the words you use when you make a mistake or face a challenge.
• Catch the “always” and “never” statements 🚩.
• Ask yourself: Is this belief based on fact, or an old story I’ve been carrying? 📖

🌟 Building self-belief:
1. Small Wins ✅ Set tiny, achievable goals to prove to yourself you can follow through.
2. Reframe Failures 🔄 See them as feedback, not proof you’re incapable.
3. Evidence List 📝 Write down times you overcame challenges.
4. Positive Input 💬
l Surround yourself with people who affirm your worth.
5. Affirmations + Action 💖 Pair words like “I am capable” with steps that back them up.

When something ends, a relationship, a chapter, a role, a belief, it’s natural to feel the ache of emptiness. We cling to what’s familiar, even when it no longer fits. The in-between space can feel disorienting, raw, and uncertain 😔🌫️

But what if you stopped resisting the ending… and started welcoming the space it creates? 🌿

That emptiness isn’t failure. It’s spaciousness.
It’s your soul clearing the clutter 🧹
It’s Life creating room for something deeper, truer, more aligned 🌌

I know it can feel uncomfortable at first 😣
You might question everything, your worth, your path, your timing 🌀

It’s easy to let someone’s words sink deep, especially when they hit a tender spot. But here’s the truth: their opinion is a reflection of where they are, not who you are. 🌍🪞

Their beliefs, wounds, and lived experiences shape how they see the world. 👁️💔 Maybe they call you “too much” because they were taught to shrink. Maybe they see your joy and feel threatened because they’re disconnected from their own. It’s not personal. It’s projection. 🎭🚫

When you internalise their views, you start molding yourself into someone else’s idea of who you should be. That’s not authenticity, that’s self-abandonment. 🧩❌

Truth is, not everyone will understand your light… and they don’t need to. 🌞✨ What matters is that you do. That you keep showing up in all your fullness. That you stay connected to your voice, your values, your vision. 🎯🧘🏽‍♀️💫

Advisors give answers. Coaches hold space for your own wisdom to rise.

The shift from “fixing” to “witnessing,” from “talking” to “deep listening,” is subtle but powerful. Coaching isn’t about telling you what to do — it’s about helping you remember who you are.

It’s learning to sit in the silence instead of filling it.
To ask questions that unlock clarity instead of giving advice that keeps you dependent.
To hold a mirror to your inner world so you can manage your energy, choices, and truth — rather than trying to manage others.

When I shifted from advisor to coach, everything changed.

✨ The Myth of Normal by Dr. Gabor Maté is one of those books that lands deep in the body.

Let’s get into it!

We live in a world where burnout is celebrated, emotional suppression is expected, and disconnection is the norm and we call it “normal.” But as Gabor says, just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s healthy.

What we’ve normalised…the people pleasing, the hustle, the perfectionism, the numbing, these are often trauma responses in disguise. And trauma? It isn’t just the ‘big stuff.’ It’s anything that disconnects you from your true self.

This book reminds us that true healing isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level self-care. It’s about reconnection to your body, your boundaries, your emotions, your truth.

💭 Ask yourself:
• Where have I abandoned myself for approval?
• What pain am I still carrying that I haven’t named?
• Where am I still performing instead of being?

You don’t need to “get better.”
You need to come back to yourself.

Let me say this with love — that’s not your truth.

✨ You don’t need more qualifications.
✨ You don’t need to shrink your voice to fit into someone else’s box.
✨ You don’t need to wait until the fear disappears.

The fear is not a stop sign — it’s a sign you’re growing.
It’s your Inner Critic trying to keep you safe. But your Inner Mentor — the wisest version of you — already knows the way.

She’s not waiting for permission.
She’s not obsessing over perfection.
She’s rooted in purpose and playing big on her terms.
And yes — she lives inside you.

Playing big doesn’t mean shouting the loudest.
