What a lovely day it’s turning out to be!
After a cold start to the day (4 degrees in Quethiock), we headed to Probus where we met Jo, who runs many of the community groups held at Probus Church, including the ‘Move More’ exercise for falls prevention classes.

Move more is a ten-week course designed to help older individuals improve their strength and stability to support living independently. There is still space to join the group which takes place every Wednesday at 10 am in Probus Church.

If you’d like to try the class and meet other members of the community, why not pop down this week and see Jo.

While you are there, you’ll be able to find out more about the community food larder and the support and information hub which is also held at Probus Church.

With such a brilliant community resource, it would be a shame to miss out!

All Good Life Sorted Helpers undergo referencing and an enhanced DBS check before they join our team and as part of their onboarding process, they are required to be insured personally as well as include business use on their vehicle, should they wish to drive customers to appointments or on outings. With loneliness being a big problem amongst elderly people, Good Life Sorted Companionship services can have many benefits to those who maybe suffering loneliness, isolation, anxiety and depression.
