so excited to finally share that + i will be offering our first retreat day in june.
the day will be full of relaxation, time for you to just be + take in what you need.
Sammy + i did our reflexology + aromatherapy massage training together many years ago, I can’t think of anyone else i’d like to be doing this with - a massage from either of us will be part of the day.
so happy to have offering her beautiful yoga too.

beautiful chakra oils are so dreamy
they smell absolutely divine, each one being so unique + special
i love taking a few moments to rub the chosen one for the day onto my wrists + breathing the smell in for a few deep breaths until i feel ready to ease into the day
each oil is infused with a carefully selected crystal making them even more powerful

it's official, i'm fully on maternity leave now + i've handed the keys to my studio back to

thank you so much Paul for allowing me to use this space, it's been ideal

+ thank you to everyone of you who have supported me + who have been for treatments, i feel so lucky to be able to do something i absolutely love for a living. i'm going to miss you all + massaging so much but i will be back at somepoint

in the meantime i'm so excited about being a mum + i'll also be making new products/ritual goodies for you all
