A baby was born in a manger! 🎄✨

St Joseph’s Catholic Church kids’ choir visited us, singing traditional hymns, saying prayers, and reading to our residents. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the little Christmas service the children delivered. ❤️

🎄 Run, run as fast as you can… 🎄

We were delighted to welcome four lovely young ladies from The John Roan School , along with their Librarian Maria, who visited our residents for a festive Christmas activity. Together, they decorated gingerbread men for the tree, shared lots of lovely conversations, and sang Christmas songs.

Both residents and the young ladies had a wonderful time! 🎤😂🎼❄️😀

To kick Christmas off we had Sherrington Primary School come in to sing carols for us. 🎶✨

Some residents and staff became quite emotional. The children were in Years 5 and 6 and were amazing — our residents absolutely loved it. We’re really looking forward to more children coming in over the next few weeks.✨

Follow the little footpath…
Mollie, Siggy, Maria and Chloe took a lovely walk through Charlton Park and came across Henry VIII without a heart, a squirrel with no brain, and doggies without courage. We ended our adventure at the fabulous Charlton House, where we explored the library.💜💐
