This morning I broke my glasses 🙈
No second pair to fall back on.
I’ve been saying for ages that I don’t like them, that I need a new prescription, and really should have two pairs… but I’ve kept putting it off. Money, other priorities, life getting in the way.
Well, clearly the universe had other ideas, not letting me delay it any longer! I managed to find an optician open on a Sunday and got myself booked in. Till my new ones arrive, I’m rocking my prescription sunglasses… even indoors 😎
It got me thinking - how often do we do this with our health?
Especially with menopause.
We know something needs attention, but it slips down the list because everything else feels more urgent.
But like my glasses, you can only put it off for so long before it really gets in the way.
