A little pause from doula life to soak up the sea, sunshine, and squeals of joy 🌊☀️ Watching these three play in Eastbourne was just the reset I needed. I absolutely love my work as Bloom and Baby Doula, but taking time to rest and be present with my kids keeps me grounded and recharged. Grateful for days like this 💛

One of my favourite views in the world. 💛
With my firstborn, I used to gaze at this little ear and neck while he fed and slept on me.

Those newborn days felt endless and fleeting all at once. You know they’re special while you're living them — and yet they slip through your fingers just as quickly.⁠
