Elite Midwifery Services is a pioneering maternal health collective offering free, culturally rooted maternity care for Black and Brown women, by Black and Brown women. Founded on the principles of equity, empowerment, and holistic care, Elite Midwifery bridges the gap in maternal health outcomes through a multidisciplinary model that centers the lived experiences, voices, and needs of the communities it serves.

Our care team includes registered midwives, obstetricians, health visitors, social workers, pregnancy companions, counsellors, perinatal specialist, working collaboratively to support each birthing person through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We believe in birth justice and bodily autonomy, and we honor the sacred power of birth.

Elite Midwifery Services provides trauma-informed, evidence-based, and culturally affirming care that actively combats the maternal mortality crisis disproportionately affecting Black and Brown communities. By offering free services, we remove financial and systemic barriers and uplift generations through radical, community-driven care.

This is more than midwifery. This is a movement.
