So this happened.
My friend and I blasted our way through detox, fitness and wellness retreat, with the most excellent juices and fabulous classes.
She was more into the cross fit and legs bums and tums, and I was more into the yoga and their amazing Ganban hot yoga room.
But we both loved the aerial yoga!
We would highly recommend Om Academy and a quick flight to Porto, Portugal, means you can enjoy a bit of sightseeing and the beach too.
I properly got my energy back and very pleased.

People taking mega doses of anything (including collagen), need to know that these largely ‘unnatural’ way of digesting vitamins work much better with co-efficiencies to help them metabolise…otherwise you just p*e then out.

New Year’s resolution to be a wee bit more active on here, starting now, in the hairdressers.
I go to as they use non-toxic hair dyes which are activated by heat and the stylists here are all super lovely.
Plus who doesn’t want a trip to Glastonbury every other month.

Posted • It has almost been a year since restarting my Good Hair Supplements. I say restart because I started my regular intake in 2019 for a few years then for some reason stopped, maybe thinking that's one "thyroid" issue resolved. But no, last year I was in hormonal hell with very thin hair (see past posts) and today after consuming 2 capsules daily I'm in the thick of it, in a good way!.
Yes, I'm due a haircut but it's noticeably thicker and my hairline shows little signs of thinning.
Given my recent health issues I've found balance and calm. My hair continues to be something I consider a personal statement and way to express myself so I shall continue being loyal to this product.
One thing I've learnt in nearly 30 years in beauty is that you do end up going back to what works and that is what I'd rather share with you.
