Warm, peaceful vibes in the Shala this morning with amazing guest Teacher Peter Sanson!

And just like that; Summer's 🌞 almost over!

After a lovely rest we're getting ready to reopen our Shala and to welcome in our yoga community.

Bookings are now open for our first day next week on *Friday 5 Sept*.

Our timetable this month differs from the usual as we are hosting the wonderful Peter Sanson Astanga Yoga Workshop in the third week. We're therefore open in Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays until further notice.
