How many times did your parents and your teachers correct your posture when you were standing or sitting at your desk? Too often!

And you would change it momentarily before back to a slouched or slumped position. Have you asked yourself why it is so important? Say farewell to injuries and everyday little aches and pains. Decrease muscular tension and stress and reach better sports performances. Nowadays postural defects have become a very common occurrence, especially among the general population including sport and active people. Most people think that good posture is simply a matter of sitting up straight and pulling their shoulders back when they remember to do so. Unfortunately, it's not that simple. Correcting posture requires skill. Following years of studies and relying on my own fitness training experience I have realised how fixing one's postural weakness can significantly improve the results from strength and conditioning training.
