🎁 Slimming World Kitchen is the only recipe box anywhere that’s 100% Free Food.

🍝 There’ll be 15 tasty recipes to choose from each week – perfect to help you stay on track for a 100% Food Optimising week. The portions sizes are amazing too! 🙌

📖 Each box comes with a free mini magazine with easy cooking instructions for all the recipes you chose – and the ones you didn’t, for when you have more time to plan and shop.

I can’t wait to order my first box! It’s definitely going to help me dial up the variety in our house… not to mention cutting down on the thinking, the planning and the shopping!

There are a million-and-one reasons why you may have stopped coming to Slimming World – and if one of those reasons was­­ that you just don’t want to lose weight anymore, then I understand! (we’ll still miss you though!)

But if there’s a part of you that wishes you’d never stopped coming to group, a part of you that wonders where you’d be now if you’d stayed, then please come back. Come back to our friendly community of slimmers who truly understand this journey we’re all on together, who’ll be there whenever you need them. It’s a bit like a really great family – a family that will always lift you up, and who’ll never judge you.

off at Walthamstow Salvation Army on Thursday 13th October between 2 pm and
8 pm and Friday 14th October between 9.30 and 3.30 pm. Coats will available Free of Charge on Saturday 15th October between 9.30 and 1 pm. Thank you❤️

Have you ever tried losing weight by depriving yourself of real food? By counting every calorie you put in your mouth? By restricting yourself to certain food groups? By eating as little as possible? By trying to out walk your fork?
