Dr. Arthritis

Dr. Arthritis Dr. Arthritis is a specialised healthcare company founded by two medical doctors. We have a passion for arthritis that is both personal and academic.

The brand, markets and sells joint compression products and supports that help alleviate pain and suffering for customers with arthritis and other joint conditions. Having experienced arthritis first-hand in our patients and close friends and family, we’ve gained insight into how difficult the condition can be and the number of day-to-day challenges it poses for affected individuals. Therefore, we made it our mission to see what practical measures could be taken to alleviate suffering. The result is the creation of a range of supportive arthritis products, each expertly designed by our team of doctors. Included with each product is a medically-accurate, doctor written handbook to educate our patients more on the condition of arthritis itself as well as measures to alleviate suffering.

We want you to know there are gentle ways to support your body through these transitions:

- Begin each morning with slow, caring stretches for your joints.
- Move mindfully throughout the day, honoring what your body needs
- Dress warmly and use joint supports if needed
- Remember to drink water—your joints need hydration year-round.

You know your body best. These seasonal changes are real, and your feelings about them are valid.

Monday motivation looks different when you live with RA.

That overwhelming exhaustion you feel? It's one of the most challenging symptoms RA patients face. Unlike regular tiredness, RA fatigue doesn't improve with rest and can make even simple tasks (like getting ready for work in the morning) feel impossible.

If Mondays (or any day) feel impossibly heavy, you're not alone. Listen to your body, pace yourself, and remember that RA fatigue doesn't follow a calendar. Neither should your expectations.

If you’ve never heard of JA until now—good. That means this post is doing what it’s supposed to.

This isn’t common knowledge, but it should be.

Kids live with this every day, often without anyone around them fully understanding what they’re dealing with.

The more people know what juvenile arthritis actually is, the less likely it gets ignored or brushed off as “growing pains.”

So read it. Share it. Bring it up. That’s how awareness starts. That’s how kids get better support.

RA fatigue is so much more than just "feeling tired"—it’s a deep, relentless exhaustion. It’s one of the most disruptive symptoms. It doesn’t always improve with rest, and it can persist even when joint inflammation is under control. For many, it’s a constant weight that affects work, focus, and daily routines.

Rheumatoid arthritis disproportionately affects women. In fact, women under 50 are up to five times more likely to get rheumatoid arthritis than men, yet it still goes unnoticed way too often. International Women’s Month is a good reminder to understand, support, and empower women dealing with RA--one of the most debilitating yet overlooked chronic conditions out there.
