An idea for Sunday walk:

This week, my little companion and I went on an expedition for my series ā€œThe Gentle Side Of Londonā€ to film one of the most magical places of the city — my #2: Chelsea Physic Garden.

This hidden gem has been living its mysterious life since the 1600s, making it one of the oldest botanical gardens in London.

And indeed, it’s so very English — from its location to the perfect garden cafĆ©, known to its regulars.

Just like they do at the recent Academy Awards, I like to give a few credits:
To Sylvia, my little angel, who makes any place we visit magical.
To my friend who recommended this spot.
And to my other friend, who would definitely recognize the music.

Guys, note that it is closed on Saturdays!

People navigating intense travel, workload, and personal pressure come for cranio to support their nervous systems.

Safe. Relaxed. Less tension. Deeper breath.

These are just some of the reflections from clients this week.

Experience it for yourself.

My work in biodynamic craniosacral therapy is, at its core, about people. And naturally, the closest circle of people I can support are those who live and work around me.

That’s why it means a lot to be increasingly involved in the Marylebone community and its local initiatives.

Through this connection I found myself at a lovely International Women’s Day gathering in Marylebone, supporting the wonderful work of the Marylebone Project.

Alongside my practice, I’m currently developing several ways to support the wellbeing of the local community — including special session conditions for Marylebone residents and support for the Marylebone Project.

Marylebone is one of the loveliest places in the world. I’m happy to feel at home here and want to give back by supporting the health and wellbeing of the people of my hood šŸ’š

I recently watched the film ā€œI Swearā€ about a boy who developed Tourette syndrome at fourteen.
The story has many layers, but would like to talk about the therapeutic one.
We still know so little about the diversity of nervous systems — about the different ways the body regulates and adapts.ļæ½And yet, as helping professionals, we often diagnose and try to correct based on this limited understanding.
For me, this is a reminder of two things.
First — to keep expanding my knowledge.ļæ½And second — to remain humble.
Because we will probably never know everything.ļæ½And because each person — and their expression — is unique.
Treating a symptom or a label is one thing.ļæ½Treating a human being is another.
In biodynamic craniosacral therapy, we choose the second.ļæ½We begin not with correction, but with contact.ļæ½Not with the diagnosis — but with the person.
Sometimes presence is more powerful than intervention.

Today Martha .ivanovic and I had a swap craniosacral session. I believe , there are no random or indifferent people in this work. Those who come tend to stay because we feel the incomparable depth, value, an subtlety of cranio approach.

And it’s just incredible to have people who share your values and your passion. Being able to practice with each other is such a gift.

Thank you, Martha, and looking forward to have another swap, next time at my practice in MarylebonešŸ’›

šŸ’š Father and daughter massage swap session. There is nothing like tenderness, touch, and warmth between parents and children.

By the way, this is my table for cranio sessions! I’m so glad it didn’t sit idle while I was traveling… although it seems like someone ā€œstoleā€ my work šŸ˜…

Friends, today is my birthday.
And it feels like a wonderful moment to share with you what has been occupying me lately—what I’ve been discovering not only in practice but also in conversations—through my podcast Listen to the Tide.

I’m interested in exploring connection between inner depth and clear, purposeful action in life. So that these two parts don’t conflict, but rather strengthen each other. I invite you to join this conversation and exploration!

The first episode features my 1000000% soulmate, my inspiration and love—.

This morning, I was the only client who showed up for yoga at the hotel, where I was staying — so I tried to practice three times harder 😃.
And it reminded me of something important: before the world gets loud, give your body a moment to wake up.
Move in a way that feels good — stretch, walk, breathe, shake it out. Morning movement isn’t about intensity; it’s about turning on your whole system.
When you get your tissues, your fluids, your energy flowing early, you set the tone for the entire day.

In the tropics, everything grows slowly.
Not because there is nowhere to rush —
but because this is how life is designed.
A leaf unfolds only
when there is enough strength and moisture inside.
Not earlier.
Not faster.

Our bodies work the same way.
They don’t need to be pushed.
They need space.
Safety.
And time to remember their natural rhythm.

Craniosacral therapy
is not about fixing.
It is about allowing.
Allowing the nervous system to slow down.
Allowing the body to do its own work.

The week starting December 15 is already sold out.
But a few spots before Christmas
are still available from December 22.
DM for booking.

If you feel that it’s time for you to slow down,
I will be happy to meet you
in a craniosacral therapy session.

This trip is no glamour—simple places to stay, local food at family-run road cafes, sharing an evening drink with amazing companions. After a day of riding, I settle into the quiet of this jungle terrace: no makeup, no filters, simply happy, feeling free, enjoying every moment of this beautiful journey.
