I have few exciting collaborations starting this year. One is this one with where I will be writing for on regular basis. This is the first one where I focus on this sense of replacing humans with technology and what that means. Fortunately we have many tools and modalities available to us to feel grounded and connected. Breathwork is one of them. I will be excited to hear what you think about it.

How to prepare for your online breath work at home. It is entirely up to you how you prepare your space at home. But here are some suggestions. To get the best experience in listening to the Breathwrk music which is the key to the whole experience I do recommend using a good headphones or speakers staple connection and access to Zoom is also important. You can do the breath work sitting down in a very comfortable chair or you can be laying down either in your bed or on the floor on a yoga mat. Have plenty of comfortable and warm blankets and cushions around you. As we’re doing open mouth breathing, your lips can get dry so I advise you to use lip balm in advance and have a bottle of water close by if your mouth gets dry. After the breath work session there is optional sharing circle where you can share your experience. It can be very healing to speak out loud. The feelings and experience you had alternatively can use any forma creative art or write down in a journal, spending time in nature is very grounding and excellent for integration.

2026 feels less like a year to conquer and more like a year to meet.
✨To meet ourselves with honesty.
✨To meet life with a little more softness.
✨To meet change without rushing to control it.

May 2026 bring you opportunities, not just the loud, obvious ones, but the quiet invitation to grow, rest, and realign.
May it support your health in all it forms, physical, emotional, nervous system deep.
May balance become something of your practice, not something you pressure yourself to perfect.
May kindness begin inward and ripple outward.
May gratitude anchor you on the days that feel simple and on the days that feel heavy.
May patience remind you that becoming takes time - and that you are not too late.
May connection feel real and nourishing, not performative.
May growth come with compassion instead of force.
Maybe belonging stuff feeling like something you have to earn and start feeling like something you remember.

And when things feel uncertain as they sometimes well may you return to your breath.
✨To the body.
✨To the present moment.
✨To the knowing that you don’t need to have it all figured out to be exactly where you meant to be.
Here’s to 2026.
A year of gentle courage, steady healing, and coming home to a truly matters.
