Breathing together in a group is magical. Allow yourself to fully feel and fully express. That is very encouraging when you hear your fellow breathers fully letting go. It can alert you how you are holding back and not giving yourself full permission.

Curious about what happens in a NeuroDynamic Breathwork session? We guide you step-by-step so you know what to expect. 🌿

First, we begin with a gentle intake where we listen to your needs, health history and intentions. This helps us personalise the session and invite your Inner Guiding Intelligence to lead the process. 💬

Next comes the breathwork itself: supported, coached and paced to your experience. You’ll be given clear signals and simple techniques throughout, with regular check-ins so you always feel safe and held. 🫶

We finish with integration — calming practices and time to reflect so insights settle into daily life. Each stage is designed to support healing, whether you’re new to breathwork or have practised before.

Online sessions are available, and we’ll adapt the flow to suit remote participation. Ready to explore a clinically informed, accessible path to self-healing? Visit https://wix.to/9ZdHtFi to learn more and book.

Curious about what happens in a NeuroDynamic Breathwork session with us? We begin with gentle preparation: short intake, setting intentions, and simple grounding to feel safe. Then we move through guided breathwork phases designed to release tension and support clearer emotional processing, always listening to the body’s Innate Guiding Intelligence. We finish with calm grounding and aftercare to integrate changes. Sessions reduce physical tension, increase emotional clarity, and leave you feeling more centred. We often carry answers in our bodies — subtle signals that tell us what we need during breathwork. At our sessions, we guide you to notice shifts in breath, muscle tone and inner calm, then translate those signals into gentle, practical steps for self-care. Using a science-informed approach, we blend breathwork with somatic awareness and evidence-based techniques to help you recognise patterns, reduce stress and support lasting self-healing. We’ve put together three short, safe breathwork micro-practices you can do at home to support daily self-healing and stress relief. Each one includes a beginner option and a NeuroDynamic variation for more experienced practitioners. 1) Anchor Breath — gentle 4-4 breathing to calm the nervous system; beginners do 4s in/4s out; NeuroDynamic option adds a soft 4s hold after the in-breath. Ideal to try solo and bring to a 1:1 session for tailored pacing. 2) Soften-and-Expand — slow diaphragmatic breaths focusing on belly expansion; beginners place a hand on the belly; NeuroDynamic practitioners add subtle conscious lengthening on the exhale. Great for group practice or follow-up online. 3) Micro-Coherence — three rounds of slow inhales with longer, easy exhales to create felt balance; beginners keep it simple, experienced folks explore gentle rhythm shifts. This program honours the body’s capacity to self-regulate and offers immediate tools you can use today. Want guided support or to explore these in depth with us? Visit https://wix.to/LFGaeTE to learn more and book a session. 😊🌿

Curious how NeuroDynamic Breathwork supports nervous system regulation? In our Ealing and online sessions we guide you through a structured, science-informed sequence: a calming diaphragmatic warm-up to lower sympathetic arousal, paced rhythmic breaths to engage vagal tone, a focused activation phase to release held tension, then a gentle integration and grounding to stabilise the parasympathetic response. We explain the physiology at each step so you feel safe and understand what’s happening in your body. Suitable for in-person Ealing clients and remote participants, the method is evidence-informed and designed for measurable stress reduction and personal insight.
