Mental health is no joke, it’s a life priority that too many of us neglect, or even if we don’t we’ve all had a low period on the mental health spectrum…
• Insomnia
• Anxiety
• STESS
• Burnout
• Obsessing, over thinking
• Lack of confidence, low self-esteem
• Imposter syndrome
• Social anxiety
• Panic attacks
• Depression
… the list goes on
I’ve definitely had a bunch of these, in fact my Insomnia and stress levels are really at an all time low at the moment due to just life, things you can’t control. All we can do is keep going, keep rolling through life. Not getting too attached or hold on to our highs and not letting our lows stick in our memory cycle. We need to move through it.

Move to Motionless

Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapy teacher based in London.

Yoga is a channel to inner healing, self-love and acceptance. My classes are centred around the healing and therapeutic elements of yoga, creating a spiritual and creative practice. Please contact me for corporate, group, private or public studio classes. I can teach anything from an energetic dynamic vinyasa flow to a calming and slow Yin yoga.

I also work with heart patients, children, elderly and disabled centres to offer meditation or yoga to aid recovery. I personally suffer from two heart conditions and use yoga and pranayama as treatment.

I have just returned from an eight month trip around South America teaching yoga and meditation. It was an amazing and enlightening experience. I learned different styles of yoga and meditation, sound healing, how to instruct and provide clear cues to people who only understand little english. I spent a long time reading and researching to enhance my studies of the sacred yoga texts, chakras and therapeutic elements of yoga.
