If you are afraid of eating, then there is a good chance you are a chronic dieter.

If you think you will gain weight especially if you eat certain foods, or if you eat little or nothing then you are a chronic dieter.

Despite what you might have heard, food is NOT the enemy‼️‼️‼️.

Weight loss has nothing to do with eating less but everything to do with eating fewer calories than you burn.

The truth and nothing but the truth is that, if you’re eating in a calorie deficit, you can eat, be satisfied, and achieve your goals🌟🤘💪🏻💯.

One of the reasons most people get stuck at weight maintenance including myself is because we take things for granted.

A few years ago, I genuinely thought I was in impressive health. And I was, looking at where I started from and how far I had come. Infact, I was in the best shape of my life.

Then life began to happen.

Maintenance happens and I could see things could’ve been going better.
I wasn’t challenging myself the way I should.

But I’m not writing this to tell you how awesome I did. I’m writing in response to all of the people who think it’s harder the second time.
The thought process that it’s more difficult. Because It’s not.

It’s because we take for granted that we know what we’re doing. We assume we’re already good at this, and as a result we don’t try as hard. We don’t have to do every thing we did before.

We don't have to do the last 10 minutes of the workout... because hello, a few more calories or jumps wouldn't matter.

We don't have to weight the peanut butter because we know what one tbspn looks like.

The, I cannot come and die mentality or because we’re in our own head about how I’m already good at this.

But, do you know why you did so much better the first time? Because you did all those things.
You were focused, and accurate, and eager to learn how to do it right.

Now you are wondering why your body is not responding.

What time should I be eating my meals to lose weight?

Let’s talk about eating late at night🌃

Don’t get confused. What time you eat or how often you eat, if you want to lose weight,should be driven by your own personal preferences.

Anyone who suggests eating late at night it bad for you, are not correct.

If that means you prefer to skip breakfast, or to have an early dinner, that’s fine.
Sometimes the last thing I do before bed - is to eat.

Let me emphasize, again, for fatloss you have to eat eat less calories than your activity level ➡️caloric deficit 💁‍♀️

Meal timing has basically no impact on fat loss. Get the basics right first👌.

Mine was "Just remember its not like there's a shortage of cookies🍪🍪🍪. The cookies will be there tomorrow.

I'll never forget this statement and how it moved me from a chronic cookie binger to someone that eats JUST one Cookie at a go!!!
