Holistic Nutrition Welcome to Holistic Nutrition. I am a qualified nutritional therapist and I work in north London. I am also available to do visits throughout London.

I am a nutritional therapist specializing in digestive problems such as irritable bowel syndrome, bloating, ulcers, constipation, indigestion, fatigue, hormone imbalances and more. I look at the body as a whole (holistically) and examine possible root causes by looking at how the different systems of the body work together and impact each other. This allows me to get to the root problem and tailor a plan that is unique to you. The person is treated not the disease. I have a particular interest in digestive health problems such as:

IBS, constipation, Bloating, ulcers, reflux, indigestion and many more. If/when necessary I can advise for and provide functional testing (e.g. food intolerance and/or allergy testing, comprehensive stool analysis and parasitology, adrenal stress profile etc). I am registered and work with reputable laboratories (CNS, Genova Diagnostics). The initial consultation will last about an hour and a half. I will ask you questions about your body, diet, family history, any medications or supplements you are currently taking. I will then e-mail you a plan 1 day later (if not given to you on the day of our appointment). A follow-up appointment usually takes place about 6 weeks later and lasts about 30-45 minutes. I will also ask you to take the time to fill in a 4 day food diary prior to your consultation. In addition to nutritional therapy I may also recommend other therapies which maybe of benefit to you, such as herbs, acupuncture, osteopathy, massage, homeopathy and Reiki. I am also a Reiki practitioner and can offer Reiki therapy in a seperate session. I am registered with the Naturopathic Nutrition Association and regisered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. I am also fully insured.
