1. LET IT GO: Never ruin a good today by thinking about a bad yesterday.

2. BE YOURSELF: What other think of you is not relevant to how you live your life.

3. BE KIND: You have the power to make people feel good. Use it.

4. DON'T COMPARE: The only person you should try to ‘beat’ is the person you were yesterday.

5. STAY CALM: It's okay not to have everything figured out. Know that in time, you'll get there.

6. IGNORE THE NOISE: Don't listen to the unhelpful commentary around you. Make decisions which empower you.

7. SMILE: It always works out well in the end, if you let it. A smile is also contagious!
