Name one thing you’re gonna do in 2026 that you’ve not tried in years? Comment below.

It’s so important to do things that scare you, and I don’t mean reckless things, I’m talking about dancing in public, laughing out loud, overcoming fear, trying out a something new for your business or maybe something personal that will bring a sparkle back or are you absolutely content where you are .
For me, I taught so many talented and beautiful professional reflexologists and therapists it’s been my pleasure and I hope to see many of you in the New Year.

Everyone needs to try this for the holiday season to soothe your Spirit.

Try this Facial Reflexology Bergman Method throat point just between the eyebrows, and massage horizontally three times.

I actually love Christmas, cooking the atmosphere, family and friends and going for long walks in nature.. It’s a time to slow down, pause, make new goals and put your feet 🦶 up.

I just find the commercial aspect of the holiday season a bit much. Anyone else feel this?

The throat facial reflexology point is not just corresponding to that physical area of the body but also holds the emotion of anger, which is why working and massaging it daily, not only smooth out frown lines in that area which is a bonus, it can calm your spirit.

Has anyone else had enough of people trying to sell stuff to you!

I feel a bit bombarded with Black Friday, cyber week bo****ks! Now something else pre-Christmas sales.

I found a hike in the mountains today, with the soft crunch of snow and absolute quiet … except the wind, the perfect antidote to the buying frenzy. I really find it a little too much I prefer to be giving with delicious food cooked, conversation shared and being giving of my time.

What have you been doing to feel calm unhappy and not over extent yourself
