Kinesology…. have you tried it?

muscle testing the body is so powerful, here we tune into the subconscious - the part of the brain where we store information like a hard drive. It knows everything about us. Our words, are experiences, our feelings are sensations, all the deep layers of us, it knows us through and through and it keeps us safe and it prevents us from living the best life

Try this muscle testing technique and if you want to work 1:1 to remove your blocks, your fears, your phobias, your self-worth it’s time to start living YOUR best life

Give yourself 5-10 mins to reset

When the mind starts spinning, the same thoughts over and over again…. Take a pause, breathe, re-centre and rebalance

Choose something that’s provides stillness and a space u feel safe

- breathe - in for 4 out for 8
- 1 hand on the back of your head 1 on your forehead
- 1 hand stays on your forehead the other moves to your heart ❤️
- 1 hand stays on your heart ❤️ the other to your abdomen
- interlock fingers, place index fingers long together cross cross thumbs -hold for 30secs up to 3 minutes

Hi everyone

If you do not know me I’m Marie & I love health, fitness and wellness!!!

I all about ⚖️ in my home work 🧘🏼‍♀️ and life 💫

I love helping helping other women learn movement, why they should move and how to take care of themselves

There’s no right or wrong way but starting something that feels aligned to them, whether it’s yoga, breathwork, strength conditioning, barre, pilates, mobility, underwing why their bodies feel they way they feel and how they can support themselves

Somethings it can feel hard and very lonely in your journey. That’s where I come in and support and guide you through your next chapter.

I have learnt so much - knowledge is 🔑 but also experiences ✨real life connections, conversations and experiences in life
