🩺 Past EMTA surveys identified key concerns affecting EM trainees, including incivility, undermining, harassment & bullying.

This data has enabled EMTA to highlight these issues. RCEM recognises that toxic behaviours such as bullying & incivility occur in ED. In response, the anti-bullying campaign - RespectED - aims to raise awareness and tackle this rise in toxic behaviours.
