A little about me...
Before becoming a Craniosacral Therapist I worked in the corporate world and then as a frontline support worker with people facing mental health issues, homelessness and domestic abuse.
I saw how our identities can easily get wrapped up in our pain and struggle, and wanted to work in a way that acknowledges pain but also helps people connect with their innate health and wellbeing. After craniosacral therapy provided deep relief from my own anxiety and helped me feel more at home in my body, training as a therapist to support others in this way was a natural next step.
My approach combines a deep understanding of how to work with the nervous system alongside influences from various meditation traditions. What I most enjoy is seeing people rediscover ease in themselves - as the body slowly feels safe enough to let go, rest and re-balance.
